Consent and privacy
Each person agrees on the station screen before the check starts, and the screen names who is paying for the check. Reports never name a person. Names reach only the appointed health practitioners who follow up.

Each client’s data is kept apart from every other client’s. Records sit in South African data centres. Clinics can export their own records any day, as CSV, Excel or PDF.
Screening estimates
The 10 year heart risk is a screening estimate that a nurse reviews. It is not a diagnosis.
