Do my nurses still have work on the day? +
Yes. Abby stations take the measured checks: blood pressure, body fat, blood oxygen and the rest, with no needles. Your nurses do the finger prick tests, HIV testing, counselling and referrals, with a nurse on site. We work beside the nurses you already have.
DATA
Who owns the data? +
Each person agrees before their check and gets their own results. Your client’s report is anonymised. Records stay in South African data centres, encrypted. What you receive, in what format and how often, goes in writing before the first Abby station.
INDEPENDENCE
Are you tied to a scheme or a wellness provider? +
No. Abby Health is an independent company, not owned by any scheme, insurer or wellness provider. Where you bring the client, the client stays yours, and that goes in the written terms.
COST
What does it cost? +
We keep prices off the site. For event days we quote you per day, and you quote your client. For an Abby station that stays at a client site, one monthly service fee covers the Abby station, the software, your branding and a live dashboard. Ask and we send the terms in writing.
BLOODS
Does the Abby station do bloods? +
Not on its own. Glucose and cholesterol are finger prick tests, done with a nurse on site, yours or ours. HIV testing is the same. Everything else, over 20 results, is done with no needles in about three minutes.
CAPACITY
Can you be at ten events on one day? +
Tell us the dates and the towns and we will say what we can cover. We run wellness days in most places in South Africa, and in Gaborone and Windhoek.
SERVICE
What if an Abby station needs moving or stops working? +
Set up takes under an hour, and an Abby station fits through normal doors and lifts. Who moves it, who services it and what happens if one fails is written into the agreement before the first Abby station, so nobody finds out on the day.
ACCURACY
Is it accurate without a nurse on the day? +
It is a screening device, not a diagnosis. Every raised reading is flagged for a nurse to recheck, and repeat checks show the trend. See how we check quality.
LEADS
Do you sell leads? +
No. We charge for the screening. We do not sell leads and we are not paid on what a member buys afterwards.
YOUR VENDOR
Can Abby run at the days we already run, with our own nurses? +
Yes. Your nurses keep the day. Abby takes the queue and the record, and everyone at the site is screened in about three minutes.
WHO USES IT
What if only members with a problem use it? +
Everyone at the site can step up, members and people who are not members, whether or not they have a concern. That is what makes the picture useful to you.

The live dashboard shows screenings as they happen, and you can filter it by client and site, so you know the turnout before lunch. After the day, your client gets an anonymised report that carries your brand: risk shares, who asked for a next step, never a name. Results go to the person’s phone.
